I love having a girl! I think I was made to be a “girl mom”. What’s funny is that I, myself, am not overly girly. I don’t spend hours on hair and makeup, I actually don’t love shopping, and I’d much rather wear workout clothes than real clothes. lol! But when it comes to Gracie, I LOVE getting her all dressed up. It’s so fun. I like shopping for her more than me. And my favorite accessory for her is headbands + bows! I LOVE them. I think they look so cute on her (but what doesn’t?). And I love finding new shops that make unique headbands + bows. One of my favorites is Mint Feather Co.

What I love about Mint Feather Co. is her unique fabrics and patterns. They are so dainty and girly, but aren’t your typical pink glitter bows. They are feminine without being overly “girly” if you know what I mean. Just look at these gorgeous headbands!

They are so beautiful! And they can be made with nylon (seen above) or just on a clip! The nylon is super comfy and fits most every baby. The bows are soft so they don’t dig into baby’s head, which is great. And they are handmade, but very WELL made. Love them!!

Here Gracie is modeling the Big Lace bow from their Charlotte set. I’m obsessed with this bow!

What’s awesome about Mint Feather Co. is that she also makes things for boys! YAY! Look at this custom bowtie. How adorable!

Loved By Sophia Claire Giveaway!

I love having this blog because it gives me a space to share some of my favorite shops with you! I know I share a lot of headband and bow shops, but each one is so different and unique! Today’s featured shop is Loved By Sophia Claire. (See below for a great giveaway!)

Loved By Sophia Claire is a family run business- which I love! It was started by Lexie who is mommy to Sophia (hence the name!). All clips and headbands are still being made by Lexie right here in Sunny South Florida! I love knowing each item is made with so much love.

I first fell in love with this shop because of their super dainty girly bows. I love dressing Gracie up in giant bows, but there is something so simple and refreshing about the bows Loved By Sophia Claire offers. They really do make a statement. But, there’s actually much more to this shop than the bows! They actually were one of the first shops to bring braided leather pacifier clips to the market. These clips are awesome because you can just attach any pacifier to it without using any additional attachments.

What I love about the headbands:

+One size fits most (even Gracie’s large head lol!)

+Adorable colors (including GLITTER!)

+Small, dainty bow

I’m starting to build a collection of these Loved by Sophia Claire bows! You can never have too many! (Try explaining that to Gracie’s daddy LOL!)

Heart of Gold

I just love this outfit. So cute! I swear, Gracie’s heart really is made of gold. She is the most precious baby, ever. She gives joy to everyone around her, especially her mama.

Look at these adorable moccasins. These are from the fabulous Olivia Kate Designs. She actually has a great deal going on right now- Buy 1 pair of moccasins at regular price, and get 2nd pair 40% off! These shoes are super comfy. They have the cutest little print inside. But my favorite part is how easy they are to get on. Most baby shoes drive me insane. These shoes have elastic that stretches as you’re putting them on. So easy! Gracie’s headband is from another one of my favorite shops, Hip Hip Parade Co. She has some of the cutest designs. I’m obsessed! These headbands fit perfect on Gracie. Next, can we talk about those adorable bracelets Gracie is wearing. OMG. So adorable. These are also from Olivia Kate Designs. I love the gold and pink ones that were sent to us. They fit Gracie perfect! They will also fit her for a while because they have adjustable clasps to make them bigger or smaller. Gracie loves the bracelets, too. She can’t stop staring at them. 🙂
