I love having a girl! I think I was made to be a “girl mom”. What’s funny is that I, myself, am not overly girly. I don’t spend hours on hair and makeup, I actually don’t love shopping, and I’d much rather wear workout clothes than real clothes. lol! But when it comes to Gracie, I LOVE getting her all dressed up. It’s so fun. I like shopping for her more than me. And my favorite accessory for her is headbands + bows! I LOVE them. I think they look so cute on her (but what doesn’t?). And I love finding new shops that make unique headbands + bows. One of my favorites is Mint Feather Co.

What I love about Mint Feather Co. is her unique fabrics and patterns. They are so dainty and girly, but aren’t your typical pink glitter bows. They are feminine without being overly “girly” if you know what I mean. Just look at these gorgeous headbands!

They are so beautiful! And they can be made with nylon (seen above) or just on a clip! The nylon is super comfy and fits most every baby. The bows are soft so they don’t dig into baby’s head, which is great. And they are handmade, but very WELL made. Love them!!

Here Gracie is modeling the Big Lace bow from their Charlotte set. I’m obsessed with this bow!

Modern Nursery Series// Embroidery Hoops

I’m starting a brand new blog series, which I am so excited about. I’ve teamed up with several different shops that all have one thing in common. They all create the cutest products for a modern nursery. We are in the process of moving to a new house, so we have been planning Gracie’s new room. All of these shops have generously donated one of their products to Gracie’s new modern nursery. Over the course of this series, I will be showcasing some of the products that will be going into Gracie’s new room! Threaded Love Baby Pants Review

Gracie was sent these adorable pair of maxaloones from an awesome shop called Threaded Love. If you don’t know what maxaloones are, they basically are stretchy pants, kind of like baby yoga pants, that are actually designed to grow with baby. They also are made to fit over cloth diapers. Gracie isn’t cloth diapered, but these fit her PERFECT. Threaded Love makes these pants so they are able to fit baby for many months (as opposed to most baby pants which are outgrown in like 2 weeks). The bottoms roll up and down and so does the waist. Right now, this pair fits Gracie perfect when both the legs are cuffed, as well as the waist. I know, though, that she will fit into these for a long time.

I am just in LOVE with the pattern Threaded Love chose! We are huge Disney fans, so the Little Mermaid print is perfect for Gracie. And I love the different pattern for the cuffs and the bum! So adorable.

Now let me tell you about the quality. Oh my gosh… these are like seriously well made. The fabric is thicker than most baby pants, which is why they feel so high quality. The stitching is very well done. I can’t get over how awesome these are. They are actually better quality than most store bought pants we have. That’s why we love shopping small. Things like this are handmade with love. We love that! Threaded love, do you make adult sizes?!? LOL!!
