As many of you know, we recently took a TRAIN TRIP from South Florida to New York. That’s a total of 22 hours on the Amtrak Train. It was fun, yes! But, at times we all felt a bit sick. The train ride is not bad, but it is bumpy. Bumpy enough that when you walk up and down the aisle you MUST hold on to the headrests as you walk, or you will fall. I wasn’t expecting it to be that rough, so I am SO glad we brought our Psi Bands!!! I did receive my bands free in exchange for a review, but all opinions are mine :).
Psi Bands use wrist acupressure, an ancient healing art. Studies support the use of wrist acupressure in the relief of nausea. There is one pressure point in the wrist that helps with this type of sickness. The Psi Bands are FDA-cleared for the relief of nausea due to many things including morning sickness, motion sickness, anesthesia, and chemotherapy!
These bands were actually on Shark Tank! Does anyone remember seeing that episode?! I saw it when it aired, and knew I wanted to try the bands for my migraines. I get migraines every so often, but they are HORRIBLE. I get nauseous every time I have one. Psi Bands hasn’t done any studies on the effectiveness for migraines, but I’ll test it out the next time I get one.
My sister-in-law Kaity felt a bit sick on the train at times, so I had her wear the bands during the trip. She said it helped a lot! We love how you can adjust the bands to give you the perfect amount of pressure on the acupressure spot. Kaity let me film her using them on the train. You can watch it here!
Psi Bands should be put on at the first sign of nausea. You wear both bands at the same time. Oh, and they are reusable! And, aren’t they cute!? They have tons of colors and patterns to choose from.
Read a whole bunch of amazing testimonials, here! These bands are perfect for so many different things. I am definitely keeping my two in my bag for when I get a migraine, or even just that feeling of nausea that sometimes comes my way!
Psi Bands are sold in LOTS of stores and online. Find a place to buy them, here!
Here is the video of my Sista-in-law Kaity using her bands!
