JW Marco Island Marriott Review // Lanai Suites!

JW Marco Island Marriott Review – Lanai Suites

We just got back from an amazing stay at the JW Marco Island Marriott. It was INCREDIBLE.

We’ve been to Marco Island MANY times – Dave’s parents own a house on the island! So we got a lot. We are in love with the island + have already made so many memories here. We’ve actually been to the JW Marco Island Marriott a few times before to eat, but we have never stayed here yet – until now!

We stayed in the newly renovated Lanai Suites + holy moly are they nice! They are very spacious – a large living room with a pull out sofa + then a huge master bedroom. The suites also have 2 bathrooms! My favorite thing about the suite was the VIEW. You are so close to the sand, and your view is of the beautiful gulf + all of the Marriott’s chickee huts! With kids, this is the ULTIMATE room because you have easy access to the beach + you are super close to the resort’s pools!

We had the sweetest little gifts waiting for us when we got there! Thank you JW Marco Island Marriott!

Gracie loved staying at this resort. The JW Marco Island Marriott has 2 huge pools (actually more if you count the adults only spa pools!). And they have a cute little splash pad area with a waterslide, too! Gracie had so much fun in this pool! It’s the perfect place for kids to splash around. Gracie also LOVED that there was a Menchies on the property! Her favorite after dinner snack!

An amazing thing about this hotel is that you can rent cabanas on the beach! These are really convenient when you have kids because you can have a little shady place to rest! There is an amazing little truck going up and down the beach all day ready to take your drink + food orders. Too cool! We definitely enjoyed having a cabana, just to have a break from the sun for a bit. The loungers are SO comfy, too!

Donovan woke up SO early one morning, and I took him outside and we had the most magical rainbow!! It stretched over the whole beach + was just so gorgeous. It made waking up early, a tad bit better ;).

We travel with our a kids a LOT. When family and friends ask where they should take their kiddos on vacation, we ALWAYS recommend Marco Island. It’s such a cute little beachy town, yet has lots of fun things to do with the kids! I definitely recommend staying at the JW Marco Island Marriott while you’re here!
